An Operation Theatre Technician is responsible for managing all activities and operations inside the operation theatre, including patient handling before and after surgery, organizing surgical instruments, ensuring sterilization, and preparing various tables such as the operation table, dressing table, and anesthesia table. They also manage surgical drugs, anesthetic gases, drapes, linen, and assist surgeons during procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Additionally, OT and Anesthesia Technicians play a vital role in preparing and maintaining the surgical environment. They assist anesthetists during procedures, monitor vital signs, manage anesthesia equipment, and follow strict infection control and safety standards. Their precision, alertness, and teamwork are crucial for the smooth functioning of surgical and anesthesia services, contributing significantly to successful patient outcomes.
